Gerd Pillow is neccessary for people with acid reflux, heart conditions, stuffy noses, or anyone who need to be in reclining position before sleep. The pillow’s interior construction give support to lower back area and softness to the head.
Gerd Pillow comes with adjustable strap that lets you adjust pillow slope according to your need. 45-60 degree slope is good when you have acid reflux. If you are heavier, you do want to tighten the strap so that pillow gives you sturdier support. Loosen the strap if you are smaller person, or only need mild incline.
When sleeping on Gerd Pillow, your hip/buttock should be closes to the edge of the pillow so that you get the maximum support on your lumbar.
In case of sleeping all night in upright position using Gerd Pillow, we suggest using Leg Pillow under your knees.

To prolong pillow’s good performance and to dispose of it properly when it expires, we offer the following services:-
ReFit – First month after purchase, if you feel that the pillow’s firmness needs adjustment, send it back to our shop to have us reduce or add fiber filling to make the firmness more fitting to your body.
ReFresh – After six months, to maintain the pillow’s usefulness and clean it environmental-friendly way, we refresh the fiber, change new cover, and recalibrate the firmness at a small fee.
ReStart – After a year, it’s time for a new pillow and time for the old pillow to have a new life. We recycle the old fiber and fabric making them useful as something else.

Daily care : Fluff pillow daily after use.
Monthly care : Pick the most sunny day to sunbath your pillow. Fluff it throughly. Let it absorb the heat. If you wish to wash it, follow the care instruction in the product guide.

After six month : Send it to us to “ReFresh” the pillow. We’ll change fabric, refresh fiber and recalibrate the firmness.
After 1 year : Send the old pillow to us to recycle. It’s now time for you to “ReStart” a fresh, healthy sleep journey with a new pillow.

Gerd Pillow comes with adjustable strap which locates in the back of the pillow. Place the back of the pillow against the wall or headboard. Tighten the strap to achieve higher slope or loosen it when you need milder slope.
When heartburn shows, tighten the strap so that you sleep 45 to 60 degree upright.
Place Leg Pillow under your knees to lessen the pressure on your buttock and coccyx which helps you sleep upright more comfortably.
